A special release, indeed.
I’m building up something I want to call “the promotional catalog”. It can seem completely pointless at the moment. But I have plans for these releases later on. Anyway – because the 19th is on a saturday – stay tuned for the release.

I’m still getting used to the thing – it’s crazily complicated!
I remember back in the days when I got my first cell phone. An at the time state of the art Nokia phone with Snake on it. I used its “composing software” to remix Rob Hubbard’s “Delta Title Theme” and used it as a ringtone! That was one awesome monophonic experience.
Today, I can record 720p HD Video with my HTC Desire HD – the world is a racing high speed train – and I’m a constant entity watching as it passes me by. I can barely make out the word “Transwaggon”, as I fumble around with its digital interface.

Well, during most of 2010 I’ve been suffering from heavy writer’s block, music wise. I don’t know how or why it happened. I just couldn’t do anything unless I really copied style-wise from other artists. I made a tribute to awesome trance-man bLiNd and released that, just to have something, really.
But well, the end of this horrid year is drawing near – and so seems my utter inability to produce plato-styled stuff. You see, yesterday I finally managed to finish what has since long been in the works as the follow-up to “Beaten I Musiken” – a self-proclaimed single from my upcoming album. It was released back in 2009! And since then, I’ve had problems continuing on the project.
GOOD FOR ME!!!
The new track is called “Bonno Soku Bodai” and it is available on http://reuniverse.org – hopefully – next year, I’ll manage to complete the album as well.

Oh! It seems I forgot to post about the Hollidayrain Double AND The Ultraljud & Psyjuntan releases. Geh, busy days, huh? Anyway – they were all released on time and everything is progressing smoothly. 2 more tracks will be released this year – stay tuned on Christmas eve & new years eve!

Next week, I’ll be releasing a Hollidayrain double, stay tuned for that. In December I PLAN to release 4 new tracks as well, but not in double release format.

Instead of having one large Reunion Birthday tribute release, I’m going to release 3 doubles this month – I decided to do this mainly for two reasons:
1. It’s not September 19 anymore – having a birthday release this late would only be weird.
2. I need more time to work on my own double, not 100% satisfied yet.
I hope this is OK with you!
In the meantime, I’ve been having a cool week, again singing and playing music (this concert was reggae themed) in front of a minor crowd. It was cool and inspiring, my class is so talented. I don’t feel like being beyond anyone and not ahead of anyone either for that matter. The right place to be indeed.

October has been hectic, but i finally have two days without any serious and important appointments or schedule jamming…
This is mainly thanks to this week’s schedule at UNI.
Monday: Exam and Ensemble
Tuesday: Recording Choir in one of our analog studios! (Woo!)

Friday: Recording Duo in one of our analog studios! (Woo!)
Weekend: Paper of said recording experiences in the making.
LOOK AT THAT: WEEKEND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK.
This is why I’m writing now.
Back in the beginning of September I planned to rush through all the queued up releases we have for your friend, Reuniverse.
However, I was not successful. I managed to stay on schedule for 2 weeks. Which is a record in 2010 terms.
October, in spite of being hectic and so on, has been the FIRST month to see 2 releases. 2 weeks apart, yes. But still.
One can ask what the hell is going on here! I used to be FRIDAY to FRIDAY active with the site. Life is just taking too much of my concentration.
I don’t have time to finish off my personal projects either, which stalls release every time we reach a scheduled Platonist release.
But don’t worry – the next reunion release is gonna be a good one. 6 tracks will be put up at once – 3 doubles actually. destructo, hollidayrain and myself will contribute with 2 of our latest tracks, to celebrate the “September 19, 4 years of reunion” date – YES, it was due in mid September. I failed. I failed.
With all that said. I’m gonna get to work, actually – maybe we’ll have a release this friday! (If we’re lucky :P)
